Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

4:00pm - 7:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 11:30am

Sunday: 8:30am - 11:30am

GYM OPENING HOURS:

Open 24 Hours (Access Card Required)

STAFFED HOURS:

Monday - Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm and 3:30pm to 7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm
